Code of Conduct

Modern AI Pro is a community of mid-career professionals learning together. This Code of Conduct sets the standards we expect from every participant, mentor, and staff member so that everyone can learn in a respectful, focused environment. It applies to all program spaces — cohorts, chats, live sessions, events, and one-on-one interactions.

1. Expected behavior

• Treat others with respect, professionalism, and good faith.
• Be constructive in feedback and generous in helping peers.
• Respect differing backgrounds, experience levels, and viewpoints.
• Keep shared spaces on-topic and welcoming.
• Respect the confidentiality of others’ work and personal information.

2. Unacceptable behavior

• Harassment, discrimination, or demeaning comments of any kind.
• Unwelcome sexual attention, intimidation, threats, or personal attacks.
• Sharing others’ private information without consent.
• Disrupting sessions, spamming, or misusing community channels for unsolicited promotion.
• Plagiarism or misrepresenting others’ work as your own.

3. Reporting

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code, please report it to [email protected]. Reports are handled discreetly and taken seriously. We will not retaliate against anyone who reports in good faith.

4. Enforcement

Modern AI Pro may take any action it deems appropriate, including a warning, temporary suspension, or removal from the program without refund, for behavior that violates this Code. Decisions are made at our discretion with the wellbeing of the community in mind.
