These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Modern AI Pro website, programs, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. The programs

Modern AI Pro provides educational programs, workshops, coaching, and related materials. Program content, schedules, and pricing may change. We aim to give notice of material changes to enrolled participants.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when you apply or enroll and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Enrollment and payment

  • Fees are described at the point of enrollment and are due as stated there.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers; you agree to their terms as well.
  • Unless stated otherwise, fees are for the specific program or cohort you enroll in and are not transferable without our consent.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility, if any, is described in the enrollment materials for each program. Where a refund policy is offered, requests must be made within the stated window. Contact [email protected] with refund questions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute program materials without our written permission.
  • Disrupt the Services or infringe the rights of other participants or staff.
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Participation is also subject to our Code of Conduct.

6. Intellectual property

Program materials, curriculum, and site content are owned by Modern AI Pro or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use. You retain ownership of the work and projects you create.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular career, hiring, or financial outcome from participation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern AI Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable program.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
